STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! After having a molar pulled, I received NO ANTIBIOTICS OR PAIN MEDS!! A week later I’m in horrible pain and I find out they called in prescriptions to Publix instead of Walgreens (where I listed on my paperwork). I ask to be seen by the Dr today, and am informed that’s not possible. And the front desk staff says they aren’t at fault because they did call in a prescription (I guess the wrong pharmacy doesn’t matter) and the Dr is unwilling to wait 15 minutes for me to get there to see me. THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PAIN! He thinks I should just suffer another day. Isn’t willing to even see me first thing in the morning. Did I mention how after the dr initially saw me and made up a treatment plan, I had to pay the $1200 co pay immediately while sitting in the chair before he would remove the tooth. That tells Me what his priority is when it comes to his patients. If you’re a masochist and enjoy excruciating pain, then this guy is for you.

This office is absolutely fantastic. I have severe dental anxiety and I had to have an extraction done. Susan and the ladies at the front desk were more than welcoming and friendly, which goes a long way. Dr Grenevicki was very kind, understanding and gentle, and Kayla and nick were very understanding of my anxiety and talked about Spiderman while I was getting the Iv and going under anesthesia because they knew I liked him and they calmed me down. I am on day 2 and I have no pain, they were a great team and I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone. I wish they were a regular dentistry so I could come for cleanings to!

I rarely give 5 stars- but my experience was wonderful- even though I needed a tooth extraction. From the office staff- to the assistant- to Dr Grenevicki, all were kind and compassionate. Tooth extractions are never easy, but all staff made my visit less traumatic. Thank you!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at The Institute of Facial Surgery. The check-in was easy and the medical support staff was so kind, thorough, and friendly. Dr. Grenevicki was incredibly knowledgable, calm, and patient with all of our questions regarding my son's oral surgery. He took the time to listen and respond to all of our concerns. Highly recommend!

Jan 12th UPDATE Pam is now saying we are only owed for 15mins of sedation, not 30. Wow these people are ridiculous! She just responded to my BBB complaint and also for some reason felt the need to add my "fiance " paid for my service as a "gesture of goof will" WHATTT? Thats my husband for 1, and for 2, how is that relevant to the situation? I swear this lady is driving this office into the ground, she is a horrible person and has no right dealing with people. UPDATE It's January 7th, still no refund or word from this office in regards to my money. BBB is now involved. It's sad because the Dr was amazing! But his staff is running his office into the ground. If I could give negative stars I would most definitely do so!! STAY away if sedation is part of your dental plan! I had to be sedated October 24th, insurance did not cover sedation and it was $195 per 15mins, was recommended I pay for 45mins so we did. I was in and out in 15mins, my husband recorded me coming out( just in case I said or did anything funny). So, I am owed $390 for the unused 30mins of sedation.. well here it is DECEMBER 11th and still NO refund!! Was We have called numerous times, which one call I was treated
